Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Motilal Oswal Home Loans in Ghaziabad. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving performance targets. The role also requires coaching and mentoring sales teams, implementing strategic sales plans, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including client acquisition and strategic planning
  • Team Management capabilities, such as coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Knowledge of retail housing loans and financial services industry practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Analytical and risk assessment abilities to align processes with company standards
  • Proficiency in relevant sales tools and technologies is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in housing finance or mortgage sales is desirable
