Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City for a Sales Manager at MoneyTree Realty. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, leading a team of sales professionals, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role includes identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and organizing property tours and presentations. The Sales Manager will work closely with developers and stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction through professional and timely communication. Additional responsibilities include market analysis, team training, and contributing to the company's growth initiatives in the region.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Team Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Performance Management abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Real Estate Market Trends and Industry Standards
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to work on-site and availability for client meetings and property tours
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in real estate or a similar domain is an advantage
