About The Role
Lead a team of
6–8 Mid-Market Account Executives responsible for new business acquisition. Own the team's revenue target, coach reps, improve forecast accuracy, support strategic deals, and build a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 6–8 AEs.
- Own monthly, quarterly and annual team quota.
- Conduct pipeline reviews and forecast meetings.
- Support customer presentations, demos, negotiations and closures.
- Hire, onboard and ramp new talent.
- Partner with SDR, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- At least 2 years leading quota-carrying sales teams.
- Strong coaching, forecasting and presentation skills.
- HRMS/HCM/Payroll SaaS experience preferred.
- Ability to conduct product demos is a plus.
