Job Description

Location: Delhi NCR (North) & South (Bengaluru/Hyderabad)

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days/week from office)

Experience: 6–10 Years

About The Role

Lead a team of 6–8 Mid-Market Account Executives responsible for new business acquisition. Own the team's revenue target, coach reps, improve forecast accuracy, support strategic deals, and build a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 6–8 AEs.
  • Own monthly, quarterly and annual team quota.
  • Conduct pipeline reviews and forecast meetings.
  • Support customer presentations, demos, negotiations and closures.
  • Hire, onboard and ramp new talent.
  • Partner with SDR, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • At least 2 years leading quota-carrying sales teams.
  • Strong coaching, forecasting and presentation skills.
  • HRMS/HCM/Payroll SaaS experience preferred.
  • Ability to conduct product demos is a plus.

Locations: North (Delhi NCR) and South (Bengaluru/Hyderabad).
