Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and relationship-oriented Regional Business Development Manager – Middle East to lead growth initiatives across UAE and the GCC region.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise technology sales, business development, digital transformation consulting, or managed services within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Drive new business opportunities across UAE and GCC markets
- Generate and manage enterprise sales pipeline
- Identify opportunities in:
- AI transformation
- Enterprise modernization
- QA & intelligent automation
- ERP transformation programs
- Managed services
- GCC support models
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Digital Heads, and enterprise stakeholders
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
- Support RFP/RFI and solution discussions alongside technical teams
- Coordinate with India delivery and presales teams
Product & Solution Positioning
- Position Letitbex AI products
- Drive AI product conversations with enterprise customers
- Coordinate demos and workshops
- Build strategic alliances and ecosystem relationships
Market Expansion
- Build and expand regional network across:
- Banking & Financial Services
- Insurance
- Healthcare
- Retail
- Government & GCC ecosystem
- Participate in networking events, technology forums, exhibitions, and customer engagements
- Support strategic growth initiatives across Middle East markets
Required Experience
8-14 years of experience in:
- Enterprise sales
- Business development
- IT services sales
- Digital transformation sales
- SaaS/AI/platform sales
- Strong UAE/GCC market exposure
- Existing regional network preferred
- Experience working with enterprise customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to independently drive business conversations
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic language proficiency preferred
- Exposure to Oracle/SAP/Salesforce ecosystem preferred
- Experience in QA, AI, automation, or managed services is a strong advantage
- Experience working with offshore delivery models preferred
