Sales Manager - B2B Outreach & Partnerships Lead
Location: Remote; Full-Time (EST Timezone)

Reports To: CEO
About the Organization:
We are looking for a mid-level Sales Manager for our US-based client for B2B Outreach and leading partnerships to help drive outreach, pipeline management, and meeting generation across the US startup, economic development, nonprofit, and government ecosystem landscape.
This person will play a key role in helping our client scale conversations with Entrepreneur Support Organizations (ESOs), universities, accelerators, incubators, and public-sector innovation stakeholders.
The role is heavily focused on outbound strategy, relationship-building, pipeline management, and converting cold outreach into qualified first meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach Execution
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach campaigns (50–75+ targeted touchpoints/day)
- Conduct cold and warm outreach via email, LinkedIn, and ideally phone
- Manage and optimise outreach pipelines within HubSpot
Research & Messaging:
- Research and segment target industries and sub-industries
- Help refine messaging and positioning based on market response
Pipeline & Meeting Management:
- Book qualified first meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Track outreach performance, conversion metrics, and lead progression
Collaboration & Support:
- Collaborate closely with leadership and marketing on GTM strategy
- Support partnership and sales conversations where needed
- Assist with demo calls and follow-through conversations over time
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, SDR/BDR, or outbound growth roles
- Experience selling into US-based organisations
- Strong exposure to startup environments and remote-first teams
- Experience with government, nonprofit, ESO, university, innovation ecosystem, or tech-related sales is highly preferred
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong outbound outreach and prospecting capabilities
- Strategic thinker who can identify patterns across industries and opportunities
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving startup environment
- HubSpot proficient
- Proven track record in pipeline generation and meeting booking
- Have experience working with US startups or US clients
- Understand North American communication and business culture
- Can operate effectively across US time zones
