Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Varanasi. The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring team motivation. Additionally, the Sales Manager will provide training and coaching to enhance team skills, collaborate with the marketing team, and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
