Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Varanasi. The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring team motivation. Additionally, the Sales Manager will provide training and coaching to enhance team skills, collaborate with the marketing team, and prepare sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in sales strategies, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, sales forecasting, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and AI-powered sales strategies is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Prior experience in sales management, particularly in the education or marketing sectors, is preferred
  • Experience 1 - 4 Years in Core Sales.
