Position Title

Sales Manager - Marine

Responsibility:

• Responsible for preparing the Strategic Business Plans for Marine engines Business in Commercial Marine Markets
• Ability to drive the expansion of Commercial Marine Business in both Domestic and International Markets
• Responsible for monthly reviews of the function - OB, sales, collection.
• Collaboration - Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
• Work with the BU Leadership Team and team under to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.
• Conflict Management Work at minimizing the potential negative impacts that can arise from disagreements and increase the odds of a positive outcome
• Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions with an ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
• Leadership Provide leadership to team to enable and empower them to achieve the business targets
• Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards specially for Marine market
• Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
• Basic understanding of country laws
• Experience with corporate governance and proven negotiation skills.
