Sales Manager - Marine
Responsibility:
- Responsible for preparing the Strategic Business Plans for Marine engines Business in Commercial Marine Markets
- Ability to drive the expansion of Commercial Marine Business in both Domestic and International Markets
- Responsible for monthly reviews of the function - OB, sales, collection.
- Collaboration - Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
- Work with the BU Leadership Team and team under to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.
- Conflict Management Work at minimizing the potential negative impacts that can arise from disagreements and increase the odds of a positive outcome
- Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions with an ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
- Leadership Provide leadership to team to enable and empower them to achieve the business targets
- Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards specially for Marine market
- Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
