Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through high-value deals. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client negotiations, and closing high-ticket transactions. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners across sectors. Conduct field visits for client meetings and market analysis, alongside desk-based activities like CRM updates, reporting, and forecasting. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams on promotions and ensure accurate sales pipeline tracking.
Requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills:-
Bachelor's degree 3-5+ years of experience in sales, with a strong track record in high-value deals (any industry). Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools and sales analytics. Ability to thrive in a hybrid field/desk environment; own vehicle preferred for Kolkata travel. Dynamic, target-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
