Job Title: Sales Manager
Monthly Salary: UP to $6,000 (Negotiable)
Our client, a distinctive luxury hospitality group, is seeking an outgoing, confident and commercially driven sales professional to drive business development across two highly individual luxury properties.
The ideal candidate is outspoken, energetic and persuasive, with a natural ability to network, build relationships and convert opportunities into business.
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for both properties, taking into consideration their individual positioning, target markets and commercial objectives.
Drive business development with a strong focus on international luxury leisure markets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across key geographic markets, customer segments and strategic accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, destination specialists, consortia and preferred partner programmes.
Develop and manage key accounts, ensuring regular engagement, follow-up and conversion of business opportunities.
Proactively conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, networking activities and business development meetings.
Represent the properties at international trade shows, sales missions, roadshows, industry events and client engagements.
Identify opportunities to increase market penetration and strengthen the properties presence within priority luxury travel markets.
Develop strategic partnerships and maintain strong relationships with existing industry partners.
Work closely with hotel leadership and revenue teams to align sales activities with pricing, inventory, demand and commercial objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, booking patterns and customer behaviour to identify new sales opportunities.
Analyse sales and commercial performance data to prioritise accounts, markets and business development activities.
Work closely with marketing to align sales initiatives, partnerships, campaigns and promotional activities with commercial priorities.
Support direct business generation and improve conversion through effective follow-up and relationship management.
Maintain strong knowledge of each property's positioning, product offering and competitive advantages.
Provide regular sales updates, market feedback, account activity and business forecasts to management.
Travel internationally when required for sales missions, trade shows, client meetings and business development activities.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
Proven sales experience within luxury hotels, resorts, high-end hospitality or luxury travel.
Strong experience in international luxury leisure sales.
Established network of luxury travel advisors, tour operators, consortia, destination specialists or other relevant industry partners.
Demonstrated track record in generating new business, developing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of luxury hospitality markets and international travel trends.
Commercially astute, with the ability to identify high-value business opportunities and convert them into revenue.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Confident engaging with senior clients, luxury travel partners and industry stakeholders.
Comfortable representing luxury properties externally and building a strong professional network.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple markets/accounts and take ownership of sales initiatives.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.
