Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering. A management diploma or degree is a plus.
- 8-12 years of experience in similar fields, with proven success in sales/distribution of CNC machines or very high-value industrial capital goods.
- Mandatory: Strong experience working in or with a distributor/dealer model in the capital goods sector.
- In-depth technical knowledge of CNC machining (milling, turning, multi-tasking) and the ability to discuss applications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both a direct sales team and a network of channel partners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in Tamil and English is essential.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the region.
What We Offer:
- A highly competitive compensation package with a strong fixed salary and an attractive, transparent commission/incentive structure based on overall territory profitability.
- Performance-linked bonuses and annual increments.
- Company-provided vehicle for business use.
- Comprehensive benefits including Provident Fund, Health Insurance, and gratuity.
- Continuous training on new LSK products and technologies from the principal.
- A key leadership role with high autonomy and the opportunity to build and shape a growing distribution business.
