Role Description
This full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager for Loan Against Property (Mortgages) is based in Thane, Maharashtra. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of new and existing clients in the Loan Against Property segment. Key responsibilities include generating leads, building strong relationships with customers and channel partners, analyzing client financials to assess eligibility, and ensuring timely disbursement while adhering to company policies. The role also entails meeting sales targets, managing a sales team, and contributing to business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Loans Against Property (LAP) and mortgages, with strong familiarity with financial assessment and credit evaluations
- Proven sales and relationship-building skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills to develop business growth strategies and manage a sales team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements, market conditions, and customer profiles
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with specific expertise in LAP products
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and a good understanding of the local market in Maharashtra
