THIS IS A FIELD SALES ROLE with monthly sales targets. Only candidates with sales experience in Insurance / Banking / BFSI should apply.
We are hiring for the Partner Office channel of a leading Life Insurance company in Ahmedabad. 3 open positions.
Role: Set up and grow a partner-office led agency business - recruit and develop agency partners / advisors and drive life insurance sales through them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard and develop partners and advisors for the partner office
- Drive life insurance business and achieve sales and persistency targets
- Joint field work, training and regular performance reviews with partners
- Ensure IRDAI and company compliance
Must Haves:
- Life insurance AGENCY channel experience is a must
- Stability: 2 to 4 years in the current / last life insurance agency role
- Strong local network in Ahmedabad
- Graduate in any discipline
Salary: Up to Rs 10,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
