Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Sales Manager for our Life Insurance Direct Channel at Bajaj Life. This on-site role is based in Noida and involves managing and driving sales for life insurance products. Responsibilities include achieving business targets, building and managing a team of insurance sales representatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory policies, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and tracking sales performance. The Sales Manager will develop strategies for market expansion, organize training programs for the team, and develop customer-centric approaches to maximize revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated sales skills, with experience in life insurance or financial products.
  • Strong leadership abilities to manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships and delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Proven experience in setting and achieving sales targets, with an ability to analyze market trends and sales reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site setting and a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in using CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Proven track record of sales performance and team management is highly desirable.
