Role Description
The Sales Manager – LFR (smartphone) is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving sales performance and achieving targets within the Large Format Retail (LFR) channel. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, strategically planning and executing sales initiatives, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The role involves collaborating with marketing teams to maximize brand visibility and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to expand Control Z's presence in the smartphone market, while contributing to its mission of driving sustainable consumption.
Qualifications
5+ years in smartphone or consumer electronics LFR sales
Experience on brand side or distributor side — Samsung, OPPO, vivo, Xiaomi, Realme, or their authorised distributors
Rich, active network with LFR buyers — national chains and regional chains both
