Position: Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the Indian market, building strategic client relationships, and working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs). This role requires a proactive individual who can independently manage the sales lifecycle and contribute to long-term business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end business development and sales activities for IT services offerings
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the Indian market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially GCCs (Global Capability Centers)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners to develop tailored solutions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop strategic partnerships and long-term client engagement plans
  • Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams for seamless execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 810 years of experience in business development/sales within an IT services company
  • Strong understanding of IT services offerings and solution selling
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Indian market
  • Experience engaging with GCCs (end customers)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently

Good To Have

  • Experience working with or alongside partners of major OEMs
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification
  • Exposure to strategic partnerships and alliance management
