Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and mentoring
a team of counsellors/sales executives, and ensuring an exceptional student experience.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—ideal for someone who thrives in
fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
● Own and drive sales targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines,
ensuring consistent revenue growth.
● Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales counsellors/executives, driving
performance through regular reviews, feedback, and capability-building.
● Track and analyse sales metrics including leads, conversions, closures, and revenue
to enable data-driven decisions and accurate forecasting.
● Design and execute effective sales strategies to improve funnel efficiency and
conversion rates.
● Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to enhance lead
quality, streamline processes, and improve the overall student journey.
● Ensure strong CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and pipeline visibility at all times
● Uphold a consultative, student-first selling approach while managing escalations and
ensuring high levels of student satisfaction and retention.
● Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members while fostering a
high-performance, accountability-driven team culture.
Ideal Persona
● 5–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
● At least 2–3 years of experience managing and scaling sales teams.
● Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
● Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
● Data-driven mindset with hands-on CRM experience.
