Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager for our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Vadodara. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales growth, and achieving business targets within the assigned region. This role requires a strong understanding of the LAP market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Vadodara region.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with channel partners, and expand the company's market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to lending.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal departments to ensure seamless customer service and efficient loan processing.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to loan disbursement and post-sales support.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or team lead role within the Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of LAP products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Vadodara.
