Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of loan officers, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our LAP business in the region.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of loan officers to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the LAP segment
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, including real estate agents, builders, and financial advisors
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to improve products, processes, and customer experience
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the mortgage or LAP industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and mortgage products
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the regiT
