Job Summary
Oversee and manage the sales operations for Loan Against Property (LAP) products within the Trichy Home & Small Business (H&S) region, driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Trichy H&S market.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients, builders, and intermediaries.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and lending procedures.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans to senior management.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role specifically in LAP or secured lending.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Trichy H&S market and local real estate dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance pertaining to lending products.
