Job Title: Sales Manager - LAP(Surat)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of loan officers, and achieving revenue targets in the LAP segment.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed LAP targets in the Surat region
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of loan officers to achieve individual and team goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, including real estate agents, property developers, and financial advisors
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline loan processes and improve customer experience
- Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts
- Participate in local events and networking opportunities to promote the company's LAP products
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints effectively
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the LAP or mortgage industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and property valuation processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel within the Surat region as required
