Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our LAP (Loan Against Property) sales efforts in the Rajahmundry Home & SME market. This role is responsible for driving business growth, managing a sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for LAP products within the designated territory.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Rajahmundry Home & SME market.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing sales culture.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share for LAP products through effective lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop effective sales strategies.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to LAP sales and operations.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct regular field visits to support sales teams, meet with key clients, and understand market dynamics.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or team leadership role within the financial services industry, specifically with exposure to Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the Rajahmundry Home & SME market, including local customer demographics and business landscape.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Knowledge of local language (Telugu) is highly desirable.
