Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team in the LAP (Loan Against Property) division in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our market presence in the region.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LAP sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the LAP or mortgage industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and property valuation processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Strong network of industry contacts in the New Delhi region
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
