Job Title: Sales Manager - LAP (New Delhi)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team in the LAP (Loan Against Property) division in New Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our market presence in the region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LAP sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the LAP or mortgage industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and property valuation processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Strong network of industry contacts in the New Delhi region
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
