Job Summary**
Lead and manage sales activities for Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the Kishangarh region, focusing on Home & SME segments, to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets for the Kishangarh H&S market.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize their performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, builders, real estate agents, and other business partners to generate leads and drive business growth.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and challenges within the Kishangarh LAP market.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client qualification to application processing, sanctioning, and disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to lending and sales operations.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal departments to streamline processes and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer queries or complaints.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills for the team.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the financial services industry, specifically with Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Kishangarh real estate market and SME financing needs.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.
