Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager for our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Karimnagar H&S. This role involves leading and motivating a sales team to achieve ambitious targets, expand our customer base, and ensure the profitable growth of our LAP portfolio within the designated region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in Karimnagar H&S.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and client acquisition to loan disbursement and post-sales support.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan applications and portfolio management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to promote LAP products.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage lending sector.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the LAP market, products, and competitive landscape in Karimnagar H&S.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior in Karimnagar H&S is highly desirable.
