Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales efforts in Kanpur. This role involves driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving targets within the designated territory.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Kanpur region.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels, including direct sales, DSA partnerships, and builder tie-ups.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, real estate agents, and financial intermediaries.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, operations, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a team leadership or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of the LAP product, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in Kanpur.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Kanpur.
