Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales efforts in the Jabalpur Home & Small Business (H&S) market. This role is responsible for driving business growth, managing a sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for LAP products within the designated territory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Jabalpur H&S market.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing regular training and performance feedback.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels, including direct sales, DSA partnerships, and builder tie-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to LAP sales.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal departments to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of LAP loans.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the financial services industry, specifically with Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Jabalpur H&S market and local real estate dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
