Job Title: Sales Manager - LAP (Indore)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Loans Against Property (LAP) division in Indore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue targets for our LAP products.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize LAP product sales in the Indore market
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient loan processing
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future sales performance
- Resolve customer complaints and address escalated issues promptly
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the financial services or mortgage industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of LAP products, mortgage industry, and real estate market dynamics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel within the Indore region as required
