Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales efforts in the Erode Home & Small Business (H&S) market. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Erode H&S region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of LAP sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and post-sales service.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and marketing teams to optimize product offerings and customer experience.
- Identify and implement best practices in sales methodologies and customer relationship management.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the financial services industry, specifically with Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Strong understanding of the Erode H&S market and its unique customer base.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
