Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) sales efforts in Coimbatore. This role will involve driving sales, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing a team to achieve ambitious targets within the LAP segment.
Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Coimbatore region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize their potential and performance.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for LAP, including sourcing leads and building a robust pipeline.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and evaluate property collateral to assess eligibility for LAP products.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of LAP deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies pertaining to LAP.
- Collaborate with other internal departments, such as credit, operations, and marketing, to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the financial services industry, specifically with strong exposure to Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the LAP product, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape in India.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and understanding of property valuation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore.
