Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and market share in the LAP sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve LAP business targets
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the LAP market
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future performance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the LAP or mortgage industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and LAP products
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
