Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue targets in the LAP sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize LAP product penetration in the Ahmedabad market
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future performance

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the LAP or mortgage industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and LAP products
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
