Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at our office located in Thrissur, Kerala. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing strategies, identifying and pursuing business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. Key tasks include managing sales teams, preparing reports on sales performance, meeting revenue targets, and generating leads. The Sales Manager will also work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and support business goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales-related skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and client relationship management
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, market research, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Team management and leadership abilities to guide and motivate sales team members
  • Knowledge of the construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in reporting and analysis tools for tracking sales performance
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and market trends
  • Relevant experience in sales and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
