Job Purpose:

The Sales Manager East India will drive revenue growth and market expansion across the Eastern region by managing OEM, project sales, distributors, and key strategic accounts in core industrial sectors.

Job location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales growth and develop OEM, EPC, and project opportunities across core industries.
  • Build and manage key customer relationships with strong technical and commercial engagement.
  • Lead distributor network expansion, performance, and channel growth.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and support product launches.
  • Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and internal coordination for smooth execution.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong B2B / Industrial sales experience
  • Proven ability to handle OEMs, Projects, and Channel partners
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently across a large geography
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution mindset

Education

  • BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Industrial) preferred
  • MBA (Marketing / Sales) will be an added advantage.
