Job Description
Responsible for independently managing a territory, building strong B2B relationships, driving secondary sales, and guiding MTs/SEs in field activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with architects, designers, OEMs, and modular dealers.
Plan monthly sales targets and drive consistent field activity.
Oversee order management, display development, and market expansion.
Provide product training to OEM teams, designers, and dealers.
Identify & onboard new dealers, studios, and designers.
Support Branch Head with MIS, funnel planning, and business forecasting.
Qualifications: 2-7 years in B2B sales (wardrobes, kitchens, laminates, hardware, interior brands
