Job Description

Job Summary

End-to-end sales performance and drive revenue growth for the karting business by expanding operations across B2B channels. Build and maintain sustainable, scalable sales pipelines while strengthening the brand's presence in the experiential and entertainment market. Establish, manage, and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders to support consistent business growth and market expansion. The role requires a strong understanding of high-value product or automobile sales, with the ability to translate product-driven selling into immersive, experience-led business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Define short-term and long-term revenue plans and growth roadmaps.
  • Identify and prioritize key markets, customer segments, and target accounts.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track performance regularly and initiate corrective actions as required.
  • Business Development
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities across multiple segments:
    • Corporates
    • Malls
    • Amusement parks
    • Real estate developers
    • Franchises and institutions
  • Build, manage, and track a strong and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, alliances, and partnerships.
  • Conduct sales presentations, pitches, and proposal submissions.
  • Customize solutions and offerings based on client requirements and business potential.
  • Client & Account Management
  • Manage key accounts and strategic client relationships.
  • Ensure continuity of relationships and consistent business growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications.
  • Handle client queries, negotiations, and escalations effectively.
  • Drive repeat business, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
  • Deal Closure & Negotiation
  • Lead commercial negotiations with clients, including:
    • Pricing structures
    • Contracts and agreements
    • Partnership terms
  • Close high-value and long-term deals in line with business goals.
  • Ensure deals meet profitability, risk, and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate internal approvals and documentation processes.
  • Ensure timely deal closure, onboarding, and handover to operations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client commitments and experiences.
  • Coordinate with finance teams for billing, collections, and revenue reconciliation.
  • Ensure alignment across teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Reporting & Market Intelligence
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and MIS to management, including:
    • Pipeline status
    • Conversions
    • Revenue forecasts
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and new growth opportunities.
  • Capture customer feedback and market insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and offerings.
  • Team Support & Leadership
  • Support hiring and onboarding of sales team members, if applicable.
  • Coach, mentor, and guide junior sales executives.
  • Improve individual and team productivity and conversion ratios.
  • Promote a high-performance, accountability-driven sales culture.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Preferably experience in automobile sales, motorsports-related sales, or high-value product sales.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Hands-on exposure to B2B sales models.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value clients and complex sales engagements.
