Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Pune Division. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop strategies to meet revenue targets, and build relationships with clients. Responsibilities include managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the overall growth of the business in the assigned region. The role demands collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to promote brand visibility and foster community engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Sales Management
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Strong Analytical and Data Interpretation Skills
  • Ability to Manage Teams, Motivate Staff, and Promote Team Collaboration
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
  • Experience in the food and beverage or retail sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM software and a strong grasp of market trends
  • Willingness to work on-site in Pune Division and familiarity with the local market will be valued
  • Salary Range : 50K to 55K
