Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead institutional and trade sales for our Nutrition product portfolio (health supplements, protein products, etc.). The role involves developing strategic partnerships, expanding distribution networks, driving revenue growth, and strengthening brand

presence in the nutrition and wellness segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, healthcare institutions, gyms, modern trade outlets, pharmacies, and corporate clients.
  • Manage key accounts including hospitals, nutraceutical distributors, and bulk buyers.
  • Build strong relationships with procurement heads, nutrition consultants, and retail partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
  • Drive product listing, placement, and promotional activities in institutional and trade channels.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging nutrition market opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaigns, launches, and training.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and territory performance analysis.

Key Requirements

  • Master degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–10 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG, preferably in nutrition, health supplements, or nutraceuticals.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and collection targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Good understanding of nutrition market trends and regulatory standards.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
