We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in IT Services sales and deep engagement within the GCC ecosystem in India.

This is a strategic hunting role focused on acquiring new logos, driving digital transformation consulting opportunities, and expanding enterprise services business across key industry segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition and enterprise sales across assigned territories

• Build and manage relationships with GCCs, large enterprises, and decision-makers

• Develop strong opportunity pipelines aligned to regional growth strategy

• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and practice teams to create winning solutions

• Lead consultative selling across digital, cloud, engineering, and transformation services

• Represent the organization at industry forums, technology events, and customer engagements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 15+ years of IT services sales experience

• Minimum 5+ years selling into GCCs in India

• Strong track record in new logo acquisition and revenue growth

• Experience in digital transformation, engineering services, cloud, or consulting sales

• Established CXO-level relationships within the GCC ecosystem

• Strong communication, negotiation, and closure skills

• MBA preferred

Business Focus Areas:

• BFSI industry segment

• Digital technology services portfolio

• India-led global delivery model with MEA & SEA market coverage

Preferred Background:

Candidates from mid-to-large IT services organizations, digital engineering firms, GCC advisory organizations, or cloud/data consulting companies will be highly relevant.
