We have opening for Business Development Role-Technical Sales

Salary: As per Company Standards

Key roles and responsibilities:

*Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries to generate new business opportunities.

*Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various channels, including cold calls, email campaigns, and social media.

*Should have hands on experience of dealing with Enterprise / BFSI clients selling IT Hardware / Software Products.

*Create Business Proposal, Presentations and other documents as required by a potential client.

*Data analytics-based decision making, Proposal modelling (RFP/RFQ), Client handling, Deal Negotiations, Closures, Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients. *Demonstration ability to interact with C-Level executives of various industries across the globe.

*Experience with a Lead generator, Calling, Drafting of proposals, Client interaction, Negotiation, Follow ups and also coordinate with the technical team.

*Sales experience in the PAN India or International market.

SKILL / KEY REQUIREMENTS

*5-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

*Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience in GEM Tender.

*Must be flexible and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.

*Strong leadership and team management skills.

*Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

*Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a history of exceeding sales targets.
