Sales Manager

We are looking for a result-oriented and confident Sales Manager for Isaac Luxe who will be responsible for handling leads, managing client interactions, and converting consultations into successful closures. The candidate will coordinate with doctors after consultations and ensure a smooth client conversion process.

• Proper lead follow up
• Connect with clients and explain treatments, packages, and services offered by the clinic.
• Coordinate with doctors after client consultations for treatment planning and closures.
• Follow up with prospective clients to ensure maximum conversion.
• Maintain proper client data and follow-up records.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Attend and manage client queries professionally.
• Build strong relationships with clients to maintain satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with the clinic team for smooth client management.
• Share daily sales and lead status reports with management.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, counseling, or client handling.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and client handling abilities.
• Target-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling.
