Knowledgucate is looking for a driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead our international student recruitment team. If you know how to build a team, hit targets, and create a culture of performance — we want to talk to you.
The Role You will take ownership of our admissions and recruitment function — leading a team of counsellors, driving enrolment numbers, and ensuring every student interaction reflects the quality and ambition of our organisation.
What You Will Do
· Lead, coach, and manage a team of International Admissions Counsellors
· Own enrolment targets and drive consistent pipeline conversion
· Monitor individual and team performance through data and regular reviews
· Conduct training, call audits, and structured performance debriefs
· Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners
· Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with lead quality
· Report directly to senior leadership with clear, actionable insights
What We Are Looking For
· 4–8 years of experience in international student recruitment or education sales
· A demonstrated track record of leading teams and exceeding targets
· Strong understanding of international higher education markets — UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or Europe
· Excellent communication, objection-handling, and people management skills
· CRM proficiency (any major platform)
· Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate
