Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the interior sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, home decor, furniture, real estate, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
