Job Description

The Interior Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. The role requires a strong understanding of the interior design industry, customer needs, and sales management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the interior sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Generate and convert leads into successful projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, designers, and channel partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline management, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with design, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching, and training for team members.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance dashboards for leadership review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, home decor, furniture, real estate, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong business acumen.
