Job Description: Sales Manager / SR Manager Integrated Media Solutions

Company: Times One (Times Group)

Location: Mumbai / Noida / Bangalore

Reporting to: Regional Head

Role Overview

Times One is building an integrated multi-media solutions business combining traditional media (OOH, Print, Radio, TV, Cinema) with new-age capabilities (Digital, Performance, Influencer, Experiential).

We are looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager who can support revenue growth by working on client solutions, campaign execution, and media planning across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands integrated media, can work closely with clients and internal teams, and is keen to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Business Development, direct reach to clients

2) Client Servicing & Revenue Support

  • Support in managing client relationships and day-to-day communication
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and client requirements
  • Contribute to building integrated media proposals and presentations
  • Support senior team members in closing deals and executing campaigns

3) Integrated Media Planning & Execution

  • Work on media plans across:
  • Traditional: OOH, Print, Radio, TV, Cinema
  • Digital: Social, Programmatic, Video, Influencer, Performance
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for campaign execution
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of campaigns across platforms

4) Vendor Coordination & Buying Support

  • Liaise with media vendors, partners, and platforms for inventory and pricing
  • Support in rate negotiations, proposal comparisons, and cost optimisation
  • Track inventory availability and campaign deliverables

5) Data, Reporting & Campaign Tracking

  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports
  • Support in pre and post campaign analysis
  • Maintain basic databases of media inventory, pricing benchmarks, and vendor details
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and timely client updates

6) Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, strategy, planning, creative, and operations teams
  • Ensure smooth execution across multiple stakeholders
  • Support senior leadership in key projects and client requirements

7) Process & Execution Excellence

  • Ensure adherence to timelines, processes, and internal approvals
  • Maintain documentation for campaigns, proposals, and client interactions
  • Support in improving efficiency and execution workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 410 years in media agency / advertising / digital marketing / media sales
  • Media Understanding: Exposure to either traditional media, digital media, or both
  • Client Handling: Basic experience in business development and client servicing
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to work with data, reports, and campaign metrics
  • Communication: Strong verbal and presentation skills
  • Education: Graduate required; MBA preferred
