Role Overvie

wTimes One is building an integrated multi-media solutions business combining traditional media (OOH, Print, Radio, TV, Cinema) with new-age capabilities (Digital, Performance, Influencer, Experiential)

.We are looking for a Manager / Sr. Manager who can support revenue growth by working on client solutions, campaign execution, and media planning across platforms

.This role is ideal for someone who understands integrated media, can work closely with clients and internal teams, and is keen to grow in a fast-paced agency environment

.Key Responsibilitie

s1) Business Development, direct reach to client

s2) Client Servicing & Revenue Suppor

  • tSupport in managing client relationships and day-to-day communicatio
  • nAssist in identifying new business opportunities and client requirement
  • sContribute to building integrated media proposals and presentation
  • sSupport senior team members in closing deals and executing campaign

s3) Integrated Media Planning & Executio

  • nWork on media plans across
  • :Traditional: OOH, Print, Radio, TV, Cinem
  • aDigital: Social, Programmatic, Video, Influencer, Performanc
  • eCoordinate with internal teams and vendors for campaign executio
  • nEnsure timely delivery and quality of campaigns across platform

s4) Vendor Coordination & Buying Suppor

  • tLiaise with media vendors, partners, and platforms for inventory and pricin
  • gSupport in rate negotiations, proposal comparisons, and cost optimisatio
  • nTrack inventory availability and campaign deliverable

s5) Data, Reporting & Campaign Trackin

  • gTrack campaign performance and prepare regular report
  • sSupport in pre and post campaign analysi
  • sMaintain basic databases of media inventory, pricing benchmarks, and vendor detail
  • sEnsure reporting accuracy and timely client update

s6) Cross-functional Coordinatio

  • nWork closely with sales, strategy, planning, creative, and operations team
  • sEnsure smooth execution across multiple stakeholder
  • sSupport senior leadership in key projects and client requirement

s7) Process & Execution Excellenc

  • eEnsure adherence to timelines, processes, and internal approval
  • sMaintain documentation for campaigns, proposals, and client interaction
  • sSupport in improving efficiency and execution workflow

sRequired Qualification

  • sExperience: 4–10 years in media agency / advertising / digital marketing / media sale
  • sMedia Understanding: Exposure to either traditional media, digital media, or bot
  • hClient Handling: Basic experience in business development and client servicin
  • gAnalytical Skills: Ability to work with data, reports, and campaign metric
  • sCommunication: Strong verbal and presentation skill
  • sEducation: Graduate required; MBA preferre
