Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in Institutional Sales, based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies to target and acquire institutional clients, build strong relationships with key accounts, and identify opportunities to grow revenue. Key responsibilities include managing sales processes, negotiating contracts, forecasting sales performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and production, will also be vital in ensuring seamless client solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in business development, client acquisition, and account management
  • Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong understanding of institutional/corporate sales processes and B2B dynamics
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical product information to clients
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and sales performance tools/software
  • Educational background in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the manufacturing or household goods industry is a plus
  • Proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven approach to business development
