Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Panaji. The Sales Manager will lead sales activities, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing customer portfolios, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive facility management solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of facility management services or a related industry is a plus
• Prior experience in sales or management roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
