Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (Industrial Enzyme) to join our expanding team in India. This remote role will focus on channel management to drive sales growth within the industrial enzyme sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Channel Management: Develop and execute strategies to expand market share in grain processing industry, leveraging strong channel and customer partnerships.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and application research to drive product trials, problem-solving and support marketing in relevant branding activities.
- Market Intelligence: Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in industrial enzymes to contribute to business growth plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional Background: Proven track record in channel, key account management and B2B sales.
- Skills: CRM excellence in managing opportunities pipeline, generating reports, forecasting, and ensuring data hygiene for cross functional team alignment.
- Industry Knowledge: At least 7 years of experience in the ethanol and starch sweetener industry. Prior exposure to enzymes is a significant added advantage.
- Education & Technical Background: Bachelor or Master's degree; technical background (either through education or work experience) is preferred, with ability to bridge commercial and technical discussions with channels or customers and internal stakeholders.
- Cultural Fit: Strong teamwork spirit, ambitious mindset, and excellent communication skills. Experience working in multi-cultural environments is essential, with demonstrated leadership potential.
- Open to frequent travelling up to 50%.
