Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power, and Process Industries. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing key customer relationships and driving sales growth for automation and instrumentation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, Refinery, Steel, and Process Industries.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales through customer engagement and technical discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable Instrumentation, PLC, DCS, SCADA, and Automation solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial offers, project estimates, and cost proposals.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for solution development and project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and end users.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts with customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Instrumentation, PLC, DCS, SCADA, and Control Systems.
- Understanding of calibration, commissioning, loop checking, and field instrumentation.
- Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience handling large-scale industrial projects and EPC customers.
- Knowledge of refinery, petrochemical, power plant, and industrial automation projects.
Qualification
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, or related field.
