Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales/business development team to achieve company targets.
  • Develop and expand client networks within the Forex industry.
  • Bring and manage an existing sales team/BDM network.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve sales results.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Collaborate with management to execute sales strategies and market expansion plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Forex industry.
  • Proven experience in leading a sales or business development team.
  • Must be able to bring an existing team with at least 3 Business Development Managers (BDMs).
  • Strong network and client resources within the Forex industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently in a remote working environment.
  • Candidates can work remotely
