Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - India, located in Mumba or Delhi.. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong collaboration with the team. The role involves presenting offerings to potential clients,and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiations
  • Strategic thinking, market research, and planning abilities to achieve business objectives along with knowledge of B2b agents is a must in your region
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
  • Familiarity with the travel industry is essential
  • should have a working database of agents who sell Europe and have a working relationship with them
  • Should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
